We build a detailed lender-focused financial model, Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), teaser and more to distribute to prospective lenders.

Utilizing DWA’s extensive network of over 450 lending institutions, we contact targeted lenders with professional documentation, manage NDA’s and coordinate lender due diligence while keeping all interested parties informed throughout. We have a clear understanding of the qualities lenders value and provide them with all pertinent information to allow for quick and efficient decisions in a competitive environment to ensure the best lending terms are offered.

DWA takes full responsibility for negotiating on behalf of our clients. We communicate terms clearly, assist in evaluating alternatives and help with further due diligence and lender requests.

Upon securing successful a term sheet, we make certain all parties are involved in the closing procedures and ensure funds are delivered to our clients.
